Ingredients
1/2 cup Mary Mix
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Cook the Shrimp
Toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of cayenne pepper if you like extra heat.Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let cool if serving chilled.
