    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    • ½ cup W Sauce
    • 1 cup buttermilk
    • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • Vegetable oil for frying

    blank

    • 4 brioche buns
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp W Sauce (for W Sauce mayo)
    • Dill pickles (sliced)
    • Coleslaw (optional)

    Directions

    1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix W Sauce, buttermilk, and hot sauce. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
    2. Prepare the Dredge: In a shallow dish, whisk together flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F.

    4. Remove chicken from marinade and coat thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture.
    5. Fry chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on a wire rack or paper towels.
    6. Make the W Sauce Mayo: Mix mayonnaise with 2 tbsp of W Sauce for a tangy spread.
    7. Assemble the Sandwich.

    8. Toast the brioche buns.
    9. Spread W Sauce mayo on both sides of each bun.
    10. Place the fried chicken on the bottom bun, top with pickles and coleslaw (if desired), and finish with the top bun.
    11. Serve: Enjoy hot with a side of fries or chips!
