Breakfast, brunch, or midnight snack—this pie doesn’t clock out. Smoky bacon, sharp cheddar, and rich eggs meet the sweet heat of Breakfast Sauce, baked into a flaky pie crust for the ultimate grab-and-go breakfast.

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 4 eggs

½ cup Bear & Burton's Breakfast Sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

1 tbsp chives (chopped)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Whisk eggs with Breakfast Sauce. Layer bacon and cheddar cheese in a pie crust. Pour egg mixture over the top.
Cover with another pie crust, seal edges, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with chives and serve warm.
