Ingredients
- ½ cup Bear & Burton’s Mary Mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Bear & Burton’s W Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 ribeye steaks or lamb chops
Directions
Combine Mary Mix, olive oil, Bear & Burton’s W Sauce, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl.
Place steaks or lamb chops in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill steaks or chops to desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
