Fried shrimp, fresh toppings, and a zesty Mary Mix remoulade—this po’ boy is as rich in flavor as it is in history.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fried shrimp or oysters
- 4 French rolls, split

1/4 cup Bear & Burton’s Mary Mix
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp pickle slices

1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Directions
Prepare the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, Mary Mix, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
Toast the Rolls: Lightly toast the French rolls.
Assemble: Spread the sauce on both sides of the roll. Layer with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and fried shrimp or oysters.
Serve: Press lightly, slice in half, and serve with a side of hot sauce.
