REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR WHOLESALE ACCOUNT CREATION

• Registered business name
• Business address
• Current tax resale certificate*
• Proof of a brick-and-mortar location such as photos of storefront, restaurant, or food truck exterior with Be advised the store name must match the name on the certificate.

All accounts and orders are subject to approval. E-commerce resellers will NOT be approved.

Applications will not be processed without ALL of the required information. 

*For states that do not offer resale certificates, a business registration document can be uploaded instead.
