Crispy, juicy, and absolutely loaded with flavor, these wings hit all the right notes. A double punch of Bear & Burton’s Everyday Hot Sauce and W Sauce brings heat, depth, and serious umami. They’re everything you want on Game Day—saucy, savory, and impossible to eat just one.

Ingredients
- 2½ lbs chicken wings, split at the joint, tips removed
- 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 1½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
-
FOR THE SAUCE
-
¼ cup Bear & Burton’s Everyday Hot Sauce
-
2 tbsp Bear & Burton’s W Sauce
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for depth)
Directions
- Prep the Wings:
- Pat the wings very dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and a few cracks of black pepper until evenly coated.
- Bake Until Crispy:
- Place wings on a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 425°F for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in Everyday Hot Sauce, W Sauce, honey, and paprika. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until glossy and combined.
- Toss & Serve:
- Transfer hot wings to a large bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately with ranch, blue cheese, and plenty of napkins.
