Bear & Burton's W Sauce Cajun Egg Rolls

Stuffed with shrimp, Andouille, and a punch of W Sauce, these crispy Cajun egg rolls bring Bourbon Street to your fingertips.

Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 lb Andouille sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup Bear & Burton’s W Sauce
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 package egg roll wrappers

Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine shrimp, Andouille sausage, cabbage, carrots, green onions, W Sauce, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Assemble the Egg Rolls: Lay one egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Fry the Egg Rolls: Fry the egg rolls in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain & Serve: Remove the egg rolls and drain on paper towels. Serve with extra W Sauce for dipping.
