Bear & Burton's Mary Mix Crawfish Pie

Louisiana in a crust, with a kick that keeps you coming back. Sweet, tender crawfish tails are smothered in a creamy, spiced Mary Mix sauce and baked into a buttery pie crust for a Cajun-inspired feast.

Ingredients
- 1 lb crawfish tails (peeled and cooked)

½ cup Bear & Burton's Mary Mix
- 1 small bell pepper (diced)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk

1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk and Mary Mix, cooking until thickened. Add crawfish tails and stir to combine.
Roll out pie crust into a pie dish. Fill with crawfish mixture and cover with another crust. Seal edges and bake for 25-30 minutes.
