Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (cubed)
- 1 cup cooked ham (diced)

- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
