This breakfast casserole is a showstopper—packed with crispy bacon, savory sausage, and melted cheese, all smothered in our Breakfast Sauce for that extra punch.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 6 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen hash browns

½ cup Bear & Burton's Breakfast Sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- • • 1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, Breakfast Sauce, salt, and pepper.
Layer hash browns, sausage, bacon, and cheese in the casserole dish. Pour egg mixture over the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until eggs are set. Serve warm!
