Layers of Italian meats, melty cheese, and a kick of Fireshire Sauce—this muffuletta is the sandwich that rules the parade.

Ingredients
- 1 large round Italian loaf or muffuletta bread

1/4 cup Bear & Burton’s Fireshire Sauce
- 1 cup olive salad (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 oz mortadella
- 4 oz Genoa salami
- 4 oz ham
- 4 oz provolone cheese

4 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions
Slice the Bread: Cut the loaf in half horizontally and remove some of the inner bread to make room for the fillings.
Spread Fireshire Sauce: Spread 2 tablespoons of Fireshire Sauce on each half of the bread.
Layer the Ingredients: Layer olive salad, meats, and cheeses on the bottom half of the bread. Top with the other half.
Press and Chill: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and press with a heavy object in the fridge for 1-2 hours to let flavors meld.
Serve: Slice into wedges and serve.
