Bear & Burton’s W Sauce adds a depth of flavor that elevates this classic to something truly unforgettable. Ingredients

1/4 cup Bear & Burton’s W Sauce

Turkey drippings (about 1 cup)

2 cups turkey stock

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Start the Roux: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is golden brown and smells nutty, about 2-3 minutes.
Make It Rain (Flavor): Gradually whisk in the turkey drippings and turkey stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Once combined, add in the W Sauce and bring the mixture to a simmer. Continue stirring until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Finish Strong: Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. Pour this savory, umami-rich gravy over turkey, potatoes, stuffing, or anything else on your plate—it’s so good, you might even want to drink it straight from the boat!
