Ingredients
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
-
½ cup Bear & Burton's Every Day Hot Sauce
-
1 tbsp Bear & Burton’s W Sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- Pinch of salt (to taste)
Directions
- Melt the Butter
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter slowly—don’t let it brown.
- Whisk in the Flavor
- Add Bear & Burton's Everyday Hot Sauce, Bear & Burton’s W Sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne if using. Whisk until fully combined and smooth.
- Simmer and Serve
- Let the sauce simmer for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat. Use immediately or store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to a week.
