Ingredients
-
2 pounds chicken wings, split at the joints, tips removed
-
1/2 cup Bear & Burton's W SAUCE®
-
1/4 cup honey
-
1/4 cup Bear & Burton's Fireshire®
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon onion powder
-
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, Bear & Burton's W SAUCE®, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to ensure that the wings are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C). If using charcoal, ensure the coals are glowing and covered with white ash. If using gas, preheat for about 10 minutes.
Remove the wings from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the marinade. Place the wings on the grill, making sure they are not touching. Grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are crispy and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
While the wings are grilling, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey and Bear & Burton's Fireshire®. Stir until warmed and the mixture is well combined, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and drizzle the Fireshire glaze over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly with the glaze.
Serve the wings hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces. Perfect for sharing with family and friends!
