These Fireshire-powered poppers bring smoky heat, creamy filling, and just enough kick to keep the tray empty.

Ingredients
- 12 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
- ½ lb chorizo, cooked and crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp Bear & Burton's Fireshire
- • • Optional: sour cream and cilantro for garnish
Directions
Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix cooked chorizo, cream cheese, cheddar, and Fireshire.
Stuff Jalapeños: Spoon the mixture into the halved jalapeños.
Bake: Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until jalapeños are tender and the filling is bubbly.
Serve: Garnish with sour cream and cilantro.
