Fireshire Crab Benedict
2 cups blue crab meat
1 tbsp Fireshire®, plus optional more for topping
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tsp fresh chopped dill
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and fresh cracked black pepper
- 4 tbsp butter, melted, plus 4 tbsp for buttering English muffins
- 5 English muffins, split and toasted
- 10 eggs, poached
- Garnish: S+P, Fireshire, fresh dill or chives, Maldon sea salt
Toss together crab meat with Fireshire®, chives, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and melted butter.
- Divide crab mixture amongst the toasted 10 English muffin halves.
- Top with poached egg and garnish. Serve on a large platter or plate individually.
