Chuck's Hot 'N Fast Pulled Pork

Low effort. Maximum bark. This is the no-nonsense way to get full-on pulled pork flavor—fast.
Ingredients
- 1 pork shoulder or butt

Bear & Burton’s W Sauce (use as a binder—pick up a bottle at your local retailer!)

Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeño & Honey Chipotle Rubs (or your favorite rubs)

10 oz Wild Cherry Pepsi (or Coke)
Directions
- Preheat your smoker, grill, or oven to 325–350°F.
- Score the fat cap and coat the pork in W Sauce.
- Season generously—first with garlic jalapeño rub, then a layer of honey chipotle.
- Place the pork fat-side up on the cooker.
- After 1 hour, flip to fat-side down and spritz with a mix of water and white vinegar.
- After another hour, flip it back to fat-side up.
- After 3 hours total, once bark is set, transfer to a pan.
- Pour in 1 cup W Sauce and 10 oz Wild Cherry Pepsi. Cover with foil.
- Cook for 1 more hour, then let rest for 1 hour.
- Shred, mix with the juices, and serve it up hot.
