Transform a simple pork belly into mouthwatering burnt ends with the perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and savory. You won’t believe how good crispy pork can get with our W Sauce!

Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork belly (cut into 1-inch cubes)

½ cup Bear & Burton's W Sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- • • 2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat smoker to 250°F.
- Season pork belly cubes with garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Smoke for 2 hours. Toss smoked pork belly with W Sauce, honey, and brown sugar. Place in an aluminum pan and cover with foil.
Return to the smoker for 1 hour, then uncover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until caramelized. Serve hot!
