Bear & Burton's Spicy Firecracker Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp (shelled & deveined)
- ½ cup Bear & Burton's Fireshire
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F or heat oil to 350°F for frying.
- Toss shrimp in salt and pepper, then bake or fry until crispy (about 30 minutes in the oven or 5-7 minutes frying).
- Mix Bear & Burton's Fireshire, honey, butter, and cayenne in a saucepan over low heat. Toss cooked shrimp in sauce until fully coated.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
