Bold, beefy, and bathed in beer—need we say more? Tender beef chuck slow-simmered in Fireshire Sauce, dark beer, and mushrooms, wrapped in a flaky, golden crust for the ultimate pub-style indulgence.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef chuck (cubed)

½ cup Bear & Burton's Fireshire Sauce
- 1 cup dark beer
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

1 egg (beaten)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss beef cubes with flour and brown in a skillet. Remove and set aside. Sauté onion and mushrooms in the same skillet.
Add Fireshire Sauce, beer, and beef broth. Return beef to the skillet and simmer for 1 hour until tender. Roll out pie crust into a pie dish.
Fill with beef mixture, then cover with another pie crust. Seal edges and brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
