Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops

¼ cup Bear & Burton's Fireshire Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary (chopped)

Directions
In a bowl, mix Fireshire Sauce, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Marinate lamb chops for at least 1 hour.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
