Stuffed with a flavorful sausage mixture and glazed with our fiery Fireshire Sauce, this pork loin is perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself to a little extra kick.

Ingredients
- 1 pork loin (butterflied)
- 1 lb sausage (cooked and crumbled)

½ cup Bear & Burton's Fireshire Sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix sausage, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, parsley, and ¼ cup Fireshire Sauce. Spread the mixture over the butterflied pork loin. Roll tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
• Brush with remaining Fireshire Sauce and bake for 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let rest before slicing.
