Ingredients
- 8 large jalapeños (halved and seeded)
- 1 cup smoked brisket (shredded)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Bear & Burton's Everyday Hot Sauce
8 strips of bacon
Directions
Mix shredded brisket, cream cheese, cheddar, and Everyday Hot Sauce in a bowl.
Stuff each jalapeño half with the filling.
Wrap each jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
Smoke or bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
