This no-cook ceviche brings fresh shrimp, bright lime, and the clean heat of our Everyday Hot Sauce—ideal for warm days and cold drinks.

Ingredients
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- ½ cup fresh lime juice

2 tbsp Bear & Burton's Everyday Hot Sauce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste

Directions
Cook Shrimp in Lime: Place shrimp in a bowl and cover with lime juice. Let sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turns opaque.
Mix Ceviche: Add Hot Sauce, tomato, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and salt. Stir well.
Chill and Serve: Chill for 15 minutes before serving with tortilla chips.
