Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
- 4 lobster tails

2 tbsp Bear & Burton’s Fireshire Sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Directions
Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
Rub ribeye steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Fireshire Sauce. Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest.
Cut lobster tails in half lengthwise and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and Fireshire Sauce.
Grill lobster tails flesh side down for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until opaque.
Serve surf and turf with lemon wedges and your favorite sides.
