Ingredients
- 12 fresh oysters, shucked
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp Bear & Burton’s Everyday Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp spinach, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Lemon wedges for serving
Directions
Preheat the broiler.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Everyday Hot Sauce, Parmesan, melted butter, spinach, and garlic.
Place oysters on a baking sheet and top each with a spoonful of the breadcrumb mixture.
Broil for 3-4 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
